1000cc V4. In MotoGP form it makes around 250-270 hp depending on the electronics

The one pictures looks street legal to me. headlamps, Indicators, Stop Light and License Plate Bracket.... Not the kind of things you see on a Track only bike.

It's got lights, mirrors, signals and a place for a license plate. Seems street legal to me

The exhaust looks too small for noise. Not sure if they have hidden the big box in the fairing but who knows.

Remember the Desmosedici RR? Street legal despite the 102 dB racing exhaust. Limited production bikes and cars may not have to meet the same regulations.

I am still calibrated for EU noise regulations that are usually a pain. Of course here in North America things are less rigid, at least when it comes to enforcement of noise levels.
