Looking for these carbon bits that go on the tank

Heya guys, just seen a tank listed on ebay and saw it had these carbon covers, my tank has a small dent right where these little beauties would cover it up, not seen them before and have tried searching to no avail, the seller is a breaker and has no clue where the guy got them from before him, pic attached, any help would be hugely appreciated
