I painted my radiator guard, I can't leave anything alone. I wasn't sure if I was going to like it, still not sure. I do kind of like em though. I think I'm going to leave them on there a while and see. Painted the side covers a while back, I do like them painted

I took mine off. The aluminum frame decorations too. I think it looks tuff!

Looks good. If you like blue you can't have too much.

I like black. Black body pieces, gloss black radiator guards, oem color side covers, black swing arm, and removal of the frame decorations.......... although I still have them on my original Gen 1. Things that work visually on a black motor, don't always look the same on a silver.

That's true. I bought this '09 1250 Bandit and it had a big Ole silver motor and u just didn't like it.

How did you like the 1250 otherwise? They seem to have great mid range torque based on the ones I've chased down.

Isleoman the torque was incredible. Unlike the fz1 where you gotta be about 5k rpm, the Bandit would easily lift the front wheel.

I'm gonna give that some thought. Did you paint gloss, Simi gloss or flat black?
