Help oil leak!!!!!!!!!!

Having just replaced my oil sump pan onto my 02 FZ1n after stripping the threads from the sump. (This was due to the last owner i think over tightening the plug and also locktiting it in). New gaskget fitted and all torques adhered too, I have noticed oil dripping from what I thought was the breather pipe but since discovered this is actually the 'oil feeder pipe'.
I dont really want to take the pan off again with all the work involved but cant understand why its leaking anyway, any ideas guys!
