Headlight adjust (i cant find info here 😭)

Hi guys, sorry for asking this, I have seen it asked once before but the solution isn't available on that post.

I have a 2009 FZ1 and I'm trying to adjust the headlights so they're pointing slightly down. I went for a long night ride last night (for first time) and my dipped beams were great for me, not so much for others. I got a few flashes and when I then put my mains on, I almost gave them a tan

Any advice would be greatly appreciated
