After 57K miles, the headers on my '08 look terrible. Any advice on ways to clean and polish them? Thanks

A couple of guys I know swear by Quick-glo. https://quick-glo.com/
I use Bar-Keepers friend, but the spray stuff is pretty caustic. Be careful not to get it on anything other than the headers, and wear nitrile gloves.
