Gen 2 Oil Filler Plug

I'm thinking of replacing the stock oil filler plug on my Gen2 with an aftermarket item. Can anyone confirm the diameter / thread pitch for the plug, please?

Oil drain plug would a more correct name.

Reading on my phone will do that. Filler cap. DUH!

He's referring to the oil filler cap at the top of the engine.

John, I am not sure if this is correct but my quick search on Google shows that it's a 27x3 plug. Hope that helps.
