Gauge Cluster Vibration

Has anyone experienced annoying vibration noises coming from the gauge cluster area around 3000-5000 rpms?
Any tips or mods to quiet down this area? If I hold the gauges the noise goes away, wondering if anyone has put foam or anything else there to stop it.

Since this thread is about 10 years old, a lot of things have changed.

It looks like the culprits could be any parts that are too close together (e.g., cluster and fairing vibrating against each other) or just old dried out rubber bushings on the instrument cluster.
