I wonder if a new FZ1 is coming at some point or if this means the end of the FZ lineage

I would think the FZ's are about finished with the 07 and 09 doing better in sales.

Agreed. I hope Yamaha comes out with a super naked to compete with BMW, Aprilia and KTM. With the new R1 they certainly have the technology.

I think there's too many out there for it to matter. The FZ1 has been in the Yamaha lineup for basically 15 years
