Front shock make strange noise (see link)

Hello,

I have already once torn apart this front forks but now after a while they started to produce this clicking noise (see link)
Last week I again torn apart only upper part of forks and all is ok, all in right parameters..
Now before I totaly take them apart (also bushings out) I would like to ask you what on what should I look more precise or what to change..
Oil is new, also oil seals are new, no driping oil or something like that, oil qty. is in measurements..
Is there possibility that this metal slide- bushing as shown in picture is problem?
Dont have any more ideas..
oil seals and oil are new, one year old and there is no leaks..
thanks for answer
will reply..

It sounds like oil seals are moving. Did you use original or aftermarket seals?
Last time I serviced my forks I used SKF and they were a bit thinner so I had to put some shims under so there is no free space.
Replacing bushings on this fork in not easy. Bushings are not on the inner tubes like on the pic you posted. Bushings are pressed in outer tubes and you need special tools to press them out/in.
After I replaced bushings and SKF seals there was a huge difference in stiction. Fork got alive. Too much wear on bushings can cause fork to bind under load.
