Front brake clunk on initial pull

So i've been searching around and haven't found any concrete answers...

When I grab the front brake, I hear a clunk come from the front front end. It only happens on initial pull. I read it could be due to the caliper pin or possible the floating joints on the rotor... I wanted to know if anyone else has dealt with and found a fix for this.

Notes: All bolts are tight and torqued... but really, they are. SS lines, DP HH pads

When I wheel my bike from the garage to the driveway and have to move it back and forth I get a clunk each time I change direction and apply the brakes, it's normal.
