On the power comm!nder website they have a map that says European model ,, Arrow exhaust no baffle stock or aftermarket filter was wondering if I can use that on my US version

You could and it probably wouldn't hurt anything, but I gotta ask...why? I mean if you just want to try it I don't see the harm. However, there are plenty of maps out there that will probably work better.

I don't know how much different the stock ECU map is on the European model is so that's why I was asking the "why".

Unless your Arrow is a full exhaust system I don't think it much matters. The HP of most slip-ons are pretty much comparable to each other so a US based map would be fine with it.
