Crank case coolant leak

I have a 2003 fz1 that has been running great then all of the sudden developed a coolant leak. It leaks when not running and really leaks when running. I took exhaust manifold off to find where it was leaking from and it seems to be from a hole the bottom of the crank case. Is there supposed to be a screw in this hole? I can’t tell what else would stop it from coming out of this hole. Has anyone else had this problem or suggestions how to fix it?
