The only thing I did differently than any other day is I changed my oil yesterday same as I have done many times before. Rode to my grandsons baseball game all good. On the way home the check engine light came on. Bike never missed a beat, running just fine.
I made the mistake of going right to d62 and cleared it before I knew what I was doing.
I turned the bike on, engine light was still on. I ran it for several minutes. Turned it off. Went to the procedure as stated. Got to d61 left it there, no codes displayed.
Again the bike ran fine, no strange noises or any out of the ordinary.
What else can check or any other ideas as to what’s going on?
UPDATE: I found the correct diagnostics procedure. Not sure what happened, cleared diagnostics, went for a 100 mile ride. No codes, no issues. Ran like a top as usual.
