Changing Engine oil

Any Aussies out there that can recommend best quality oil to handle far North Queensland temp wanna change my oil in the secondhand bike I just brought so I have a starting point for future oil changes.
 
Mate, I've been using Motul 10w 40 and that seems ok......but I'm in Sydney, not that should make much difference. The reality is that all good brands of modern oil are pretty good....main thing is to change it! Your biggest decision is do you go mineral, synthetic or a blend? I think the motul is a blend from memory.
 
I use the Motul 7100 synthetic 10/40w which should be fine for you, but if I was using mineral oil [in townville] I would use something like motul 5100 in a 20/50w
