We finally found a buyer for the purple beast. He came over last night and bought it... absolutely loved it and might even keep it Purple. I gave him links to the forums as well as the FB page so it might turn up in a few places if he does social media. He got a great deal on it as I priced it to sell. But, she's back on the road again and will be used daily as his commuter. Congrats Brian!

Brian, the guy who bought the bike, absolutely loves it. He's already lowered it using the Soupy's link and stand to his desired height. He thought he'd change the color but the more he sees it and the more his friends see it, I don't think he will. It is a unisex purple... I drove a truck that color for 3 years and got nothing but compliments (and no question of my man-card status!). He's not one for social media. And he somehow scored a copy of the Partshark FZ1 service manual they used to post for download.... The only thing the bike needs and I've told him, is a throttle body sync.

I'd like to see him on here or the FB page... we'll see!
