Ais??

i recently added a two bros slip on and along with my gutted header cat and airbox mod it pops badly i know you can do the ais block off to help but what does it affect doing it i mean why is it on the bike if you can just block it off??? also im getting a pc and dyno tune so is the ais block off neccassary or will the pc and dyno fix the popping.....p.s. the bikes shoots flames out ALOT now

It's on the bike for emissions... same reason the catalytic converters are there....

the popping and flames are from unburned gas... dyno tuning will fix it some... but, odds are, you'll still be running rich.

If you think you're going to block the AIS, you should do this before getting the pro-tune. Do not wait until after because the map will be off. Either do it before, or not at all, unless you want to pay for two tunings...

You HAVE to handle the AIS before you hit the tuner otherwise they will not be able to measure your O2 readings.
