well the 08/08/2008 Oylmpic games are now upon us , china is the host country this time around . i wish all the competitors the best of luck & let there be peacefull & exciting games ahead .. :)

Seems that way sometimes. It's sad because the spirit of the games is for everyone to put aside their differences and enjoy friendly COMPETITION. Unfortunately, everyone puts way too much value and emphasis on winning that people feel the need to cheat, countries nearly enslave children to train them from a young age and people will lie just to win. It's lost its core value which is sad. Winning is great and should be a goal but when the difference between winners and losers is as little as .001 of a second, they are all winners in my book. [/rant off]
