Weather had been so miserable here in north-central NC that I haven't ridden in over a month - which is too long! Time to change the oil, clean and protect the chain, put in a new air filter and get on out there!

I have the HJC FG-17 and absolutely love it. I had a bit less expensive HJC and it saved my life back in June of this year, so I went with the FG-17 without hesitation - it's quieter, has excellent ventilation, and has this cool anti-fog inner windshield-thing that works great. Can't recommend...

Hey All, Well - it happened. Had a high-side (ouch - yes it hurt! Me, the bike and my pride) and ended up in a (thankfully) muddy ditch...me about 20 feet further up the ditch than my poor bike. thankfully also, it wasn't that fast. All s well with me, a little banged up but no worse for wear...
