It happens to me getting back on the throttle. Not all the time, but shifting without the clutch seems to cause it more. I thinking mine has something to do with closing the throttle abruptly to allow the clutch less up-shift.
I have the same problem sometimes. Seems to happen more when I up shift without the clutch. I'm using WB's stage III smoothed map with a GYTR slip on, K&N filter, AIS blocked, flies zipped and cat gutted.

Last weekend we spent a night in Burlington, VT and then Malone, NY. Very nice up there. I didn't get to bring the bike though. We were up there for a bender/graduation for my wife's cousin.

I got four of the screws out and then ran into a couple of stubborn ones. One started to strip and broke the tip off of the screwdriver, even though I used a mini butane torch to heat them first.
I decided to put the other ones back in and use the zip tie method to keep them open...
