Should be ok with everything besides the brake hose may be tight. Others have rerouted the other cables and made them work. I didn't even have to do that on my 2006
Would an 18t work on the front of a gen 2? Thinking of doing thst for those iron butt runs to a destination then changing back to the 17t once there. I consider changing the front sprocket doable in the field
Nice I actually would consider one of those if I was ready to upgrade yet. One concern if that is an 'adventure' bike though. To me the header and exhaust didn't look to have any more clearance than my Gen 2

I second the top sellerie. Top of the line for sure. Made it possible for ne to toyr in comfort. Before i was miserable. I got both the pilot and pillon thanks to a very generous forum member
I have the pr4's and still love them with almost 7k miles on them. Should easily get over 10k miles. Wear is great, handling is still great and wear is great compared to anything else I have ever had. I will definetly buy them again when the present set is worn out.
Mine is totally buzz free for the 1st time since I have owned it (since 3k miles, now 18k) I found so many places on the fairing where it meets the inner fairing, the vent, and where it meets the headlight assembly, especially under it. I will try to post pics of all the rubs of plastic tomorrow...
