Thats the first thing I did on my 2009. Removed the front shield and sprayed it with a couple of coats of High Temp flat black Rustoleum. Taped off the rear and sprayed it on the end cap. I did not sandblast or prime the cap or shield. Came out perfect and still looks great. Then 2 weeks I...

I passed on the CS One and went with the carbon fiber Delkevic. All I can say is the Delkevic is a totally awesome pipe with removable baffle all for $200 shipped! :D

Delkevic--$200 shipped--Excellent craftsmanship and also sounds great. Has easily removable baffle for more sound if needed. :)

Just looked at mine off the bike and mine is the same way. Loose license plate light. I even tried to tighten with a 8mm open end wrench and phillips as tight as I could and it was still loose. Maybe time for an FE?? :)

I sure hope you get it. Post up pics when you get it installed. As for me I will wait until the novelty wears off then order one!
