Anyone out there know the easy way to take the stock footpeg rubber inserts off? I want to put the ones from the FZ6 on but the stock screws, why did yamaha choose screws over bolts, are really in there and I am worried about rounding off the heads.

Just put my ddm hid in and one side only works sometimes. I have triple checked the the connections, could this be a bad ballast? Wonder how helpful ddm will be for this. anyone have any thoughts on this?

Has anyone filled their tires with nitrogen? I have a friend that let me bring my bike to his shop and fill mine today, didnt cost anything. Just wondering if many people do this. A few non riding friends asked me if it would make my bike faster. Don't know why they would think that. Lol.

I installed Satan's highway pegs today. This was my first real mod to my 2009 FZ1 and it was pretty easy. Really love the quality of the mounts and super fast shipping from Satan666. Already took it for a cruise down the highway to check out foot position.
