OK, so I am thinking about taking my FZ to the track in Az, while I wait for my trackbike to get in. Does anyone here take theirs to the track? How do you fare against the race replicas? Are you able to hold your own, or do you feel the bike is lacking due to it's length, ergonomics etc...?

Well, new to the forums, but not to riding or the FZ1. I owned an 02 back in San Antonio, then came to Japan, and I'm headed to Phoenix in a few weeks... Looks like I'll be picking up an 03 Bumblebee for a good price, and I'm already looking into upgrades. It has the belly pan and a slip-on...
