On a v twin you will make more midrange with a two into one. You MAY make a few more hp with drag pipes but it's not worth it.

Bought frame sliders, stainless brake lines, stomp grip, Ak 20's, and a penske 8983 for the R1!

I have a local shop doing it. I hate to work on brakes or suspension and faired bikes...

Don't worry there will be pics and as detailed a ride report as I can give!

BT016's are the best bang for the buck for our riding styles that I have expierenced so far. Not saying there aren't better choices but the 16's do so well I haven't seen a need try anything else.

The bike is lookin good Billy! Hope you get to take it out soon. I had the R1 out yesterday for about four hours! Now I am so sore I can't even get back on the bike...

Bogie i know how you feel about the divorce thing. I bought my 07 FZ1 after the divorce and just picked up my 04 R1 as a birthday present to myself. I wish i had the cash to buy two new bikes that year but it just wasn't possible. Good luck with the new toys and the new life!

There are not that many deaths and most accidents are single bike. This show was full of crap... The raod is awsome with a lot of first and second gear turns and a few places to open the bike up. I'll agree that there are better roads in the area, I'm just not willing to share them!
