Grip puppy or something like that. They slide over your grip. They are made of foam and cost about $10.00. Other than that... just relax your grip. Might want to get a pair of risers just for the trip since you are tall... you will be a bit more upright and have less weight on your wrist...

Want to go cheap and have a decent touring bike that pound 50 MPG all day long, get a FZ6R. Even with all the mod I did I still get 45 MPG if I do highway only. Bone stock if you take it easy you can get mid 50's MPG. Wind protection, plenty of people selling there bike or aftermarket goodies...

I tuned my bike and the FZ8 with the mid ship exhaust/R1 cams using Autotune and LCD-200. (Learn from the Beast...LOL) Work even better. Going on the dyno with the FZ8 tonight or tomorrow... map and cam tuning are done!

The side case alone on my little 6R is 3-5 MPG easy. I didn't notice a big change with the top case but the side case add a lot of frontal area... drag.

That's what I tough... I know how it was restricting my little detune 600... just can't imagine on the FZ1. Gotta be brutal pass 50% throttle!
