Have to hand it to Kawasaki, they are upping the game .
Traction control, taller 6th...
Hard to argue with that. Seems people are giving Gen II FZ1's away. Shocking how good some of the deals are if you keep an eye out.
Heck with your $8000 budget you could find a brand new leftover at that price and look for used bags, but with the deals on the used market you can't lose...
Statistically head injury and massive trauma to the chest are the two most common causes of death in a motorcycle accident. Depending on the study Massive trauma to the chest actually leads head injury as cause of death.
So she has a better chance of living ................. just without...
:hellno: I just rode in Philadelphia rush hour traffic........on a Friday !
No doubt I just assumed more risk than that wimp falling from the stratosphere :jaw drop:
I think you had every right to complain ! Personally I think its not so much that your pipe was " cheap " but that most of the name brand stuff is way too expensive. Considering the time you've had the slipon and mileage I'd be complaining too !
Well said, that's whats so appealing about a Triple. Seems like the perfect blend of a Twin and a Four. Gobs of torque but still giving you the rev happy character of an inline 4 higher in the rev range.
and that's one reason I'm wishing for a 1100-1200cc FZ12 triple. Torque and light weight are awesome but I also NEED ass puckering, eyeball flattening horsepower to really fall in love with a bike. Especially if its going to be my only bike.
Super light, wide bars, comfy and a nice wide torque spread........... I bet its heaven on a tight twisty back road.,,,,,,,, and sucks at 75mph on the highway LOL
