There are other people making plates now at a MUCH more reduced cost, but they help alot. You of course are going to need a custom tune anyways after all this stuff is done. I don't see anything about a sprocket change, might want to look into that as well.

I think it's fine, broke in nicely from when I bought it. I hate most all of the aftermarket seats for these bikes...hard as a facking brick and they don't let you get off the bike for track level cornering.

Being older is all the more reason! If you get caught, you only have a couple good years left. If I get caught and locked up, I'd miss out on the glory years. Think about it ;)

Eh, often times there isn't a long enough stretch at most tracks to achieve top speed. The man doesn't bother me since he can't catch me.

A 190/55 is the size of choice for a Gen2, really works well on this bike and is the current OEM size for many of today's liter supersports.
