To the OP, sounds like you just need more experience with this bike...it's not malfunctioning in any way. Cycling the clutch as a stoplight is par for the course to shift a modern sportbike at a stoplight if you left it in a higher gear. No part of what you just said is accurate in any way.

Bike came away pretty decent, glad you aren't hurt. I am going to take this time to make a statement: KEEP SPORT TOURING/TOURING TIRES OFF THE RACE TRACK! The bikes that you see there are not running the latest and greatest rubber just because they like to spend money...take the hint guys.

It's coming, but the amount of hours it takes to edit that stuff is insane. For the upcoming stuff, I would imagine that he will have well over 100 hours into it. Keep in mind he has a regular full time job, his parts operation, a family, and the video thing going on. Trust me, I am dying to see...

Yep, mine came out no issues at all. Quick hit with a MAPP gas torch and a good screwdriver was all she needed. Bottom line is some people just weren't cut out to turn wrenches or are using the wrong tool for the job, hence some of these horror stories.

I was going to use one of these: Dry Nitrous Spray Bar - Hayabusa.oRg This guy makes them for several different makes and models, you can get line upgrades, etc etc. Super trick stuff....

The FZ6R gearing is actually pretty relaxed for that engine. My R6 came stock with 16/48, and most everyone upgraded to 15/50. Now that was some pretty aggressive gearing.
