Why would changing the reflectors be necessary/helpful? Is there a change of focus, or a heat-related problem?

Well, you can always say people are free to post what they like.... in the appropriate thread or category, barring hate-speech or other restrictions like death threats and the like, so you're not 'treading on thee', but like other freedoms, there are appropriate areas to use them...

Will find or replace my battery trickle-charger so I don't have to start next spring off with a new cell. Oh - and rearsets and clip-ons to prepare for some spring track time. I will look at removing some weight for this, but don't know how much I can really improve since I can't afford...

I find that wreck very difficult to believe. I could be wrong - but then again, that rack might easily have gone through the plastic grill and ricoched upwards into the hood, but I can't imagine it wouldn't have gotten bent out of shape in the process. But that's one hell of a rack if it didn't...
