Not a bad deal! Too bad they took the easy way out removing the lock screws for the ignition switch. Looks like they just took a Dremel and cut slots in them instead of drilling off the heads. I suppose once it's mounted you can't really see it anyway.
An even cheaper option is the Penske 8900E emulsion shock, which is probably comparable to the Koni that I got. I just don't know if it's available for the RZ350 or not.

My "You last visited" works fine, but the difference is that I am not using Tapatalk. I wonder if it's the Tapatalk app on your phone automatically establishing a connection to the site every few minutes.
Well the basic ones look like thrill do the job, but you'll have to spend extra for the rear brake switch and heel guards. Also since the standard pegs don't fold dropping the bike will probably bend or crack them.
Probably not good unless enough people (I believe 15) were interested to order another batch of them. I believe Penske still makes a shock for the RZ as well, but it will be more expensive.
You can always try calling Hard Racing and see if they have any more of them around. They still have it...
I was never a big fan of his, but don't dislike him either. It's great to see him score a victory. He deserves it after being stuck with Ducati for two years :)
Nothing really major to look out for on the '08. By then Yamaha had improved enough on the fueling that the throttle smoothness was better. Also by '08 the small incidents of frame cracking that had affected some '06 and '07 models had been corrected.
All that said make sure to look over the...
Glad to hear it was that simple...lesson learned.
If I have someone else mount my tires I always make sure the orientation is correct before I leave the shop.
You have both spacers in (one on either side)? The two front spacers are the same so you can't mix them up. Make sure they are properly seated in the wheel...
Thanks for the feedback. I may have to give this a try, although I'm also thinking about the Top Sellerie seat. Neither the Sargent nor Corbin have done it for me.
New Helmet!!!
So today my new helmet arrived! I had been looking for an affordable yellow helmet to match the bike for a while. It's a Nolan N43E Trilogy in yellow and black. I had tried it on at the Nolan display booth when I went to Americade and liked it. And the best part is that is a...
So Yamaha qualified in the #1 spot after all. Just not the rider most were expecting. Go figure...Crutchlow may yet pull off a victory, but Marquez is right there with him. Should be a great race tomorrow.
Feel bad for Lorenzo because he might be out for a while :(
And please NO SPOILERS on...
