    Marginally annoying

    I have found that draining the oil on the side stand gets a good bit more out than when on the center stand. Then I tip it even further over and get another bit out.

    Don't buy a street bike. Buy a track bike that is already setup. It's cheaper all the way around. You will want frame sliders at the very least, and you can add other stuff later.

    No, you shouldn't. You should ride at about 80% of your comfort level, leaving some wiggle room for mistakes and buffoons. I think you would have a better experience if you ride with a more "structured" organization next time. Like STT or Nesba.

    Why are you never going to hit the track? The FZ is a blast on the track. It's a good way to get to know the machine.
