Introducing the Marthy FZ1 Midship Exhaust!

It was late, and I like my neighbors, so I kept it quiet. I need to hook up the autotune so that I can get a good map. Marthy is going to help with that too. I will get some video when I can. I am sure that I am going to miss the center stand, but I figured I will just get a nicer rear...

Introducing the Marthy FZ1 Midship Exhaust!

So, I have always disliked the slip-on exhaust style of the FZ1, so I knew at some point I would want to change it. I asked Marthy if he could make a midship exhaust like the FZ6R, or his newly designed FZ8 exhaust. My challenge was making it work with the center stand. I feel that Marthy...

    AIS plugging

I definitely ripped it off and I just stared at it in disgust. I wish I would have gotten the rachet, it would have been much easier. No matter, it is all done now, and they will never come off.

    AIS plugging

I just installed my block offs over the weekend. That is crazy without a low profile tool to get the allens out. I should have gotten the tool they suggested in the AIS thread. Live and learn I guess.

    noob HID projector question

Well, if it helps, this is in the OE housing, so the housing is DOT. FX-R projectors, dual angel eyes, and better bulbs. The FX-R offers much better output, but their size is always an issue, so I am sure that it will be fun.

    noob HID projector question

I am sure that we could work out shipping. Those are Bi-Xenon bulbs only, they are still going to blind people, and will be no better than just straight HID bulbs in a Halogen housing.

    noob HID projector question

I always recommend 35W, because 50W is overkill to me. Light output on 35W is amazing as is. White color is going to be 5000K bulbs, they will give the best visibility and are pure white. The accessory lights can be wired to whatever you like. I always suggest a 12V switched source, so...

I cut mine down really short so that it didn't look so strange, but it is awesome without a screen. Always get too much turbulence, since I am so tall.
