2002 FZ1 for my first bike

Take the course and go from there but honestly for a first bike it is a bit of overkill (no pun intended). If you have self control and throttle control you will learn and enjoy but I would never recommend a litre bike as a first bike for what's it worth.

What are the true Dyno results

I very very very rarely ever have to down shift even on my Gen1 to pass unless pass is under 60mph. Ride one is all I can say, from 65 to 90mph more that acceptable for street riding. If you are coming from a HD or a Marauder you better duck tape your hands to the bars.

Corbin seat, install issues, is this what's up?

You need to swap the seat clip. Corbin is also very snug when on bike so make sure it is latched in at tank before riding away. Enjoy probably the best money I have spent in bike so far is Corbin

    How cold is too cold?

Being in Manitoba my cut off limit is -2C which I think is about 28 F. I have heated grips which helps and I find it good practice to prepare my buddy for snowmobiling (frozen fingers). My commute is about 35 miles each way and I really do not like riding below freezing as I have a couple of...
