    Bike stand

There is also this one but a bit more expensive.... This one is a bit more work to use but is more versatile. I think I'd take the Bursig first. Motorcycle Equipment - Abba Stands USA https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gqdh7neMimk https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r7PExjCtC9Y

    Bike stand

Here is a non-sponsored video of the stand. Quite durable from the looks of it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XTwKq5EB5U0

    Bike stand

Does anyone own one of these? This looks very nice, especially for extensive work on the bike. BURSIG USA Motorcycle Stands https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I3HGiGEkoVE

    Watsen Design LED's

Nope.... not working for me... You need to unload those fast. I'll take them off your hands Bogie... I'd do ya that solid! The do look great and stealthy? I couldn't find them in the frontal shot! Not until I watched the video anyway. Very nice!

    Had to be done

I wish Butthead! I've got 15 more years before that happens..... unless I pick the right 6 numbers. :D

    Lowering FZ1

LOL!!! I'm working on that... I want to get her on the track. Considering trading her FZ1 for a 250 or 300 for track only.

    Siren-like noise when slowing down.

I agree with Dicko... also check the alignment of the chain too. Had you done any work to the rear tire at all before it was parked or during that time?

    Had to be done

I'm torn Dustin. Working from home equals a lot less saddle time. Now I live where I can ride all I want and I have less excuses to ride! Time to burn some weekends!

Back in the saddle after a year

Welcome back and congrats! Nice job and you'll be overjoyed with Ivan's flash. It really is a whole new experience when he is done with it. Great looking rides!

    Lowering FZ1

The lower you go, the more useless the rear shock is. My wife's FZ1 has the same link that lytehouse had. Without modifying the kickstand or replacing with something adjustable, anything more than 1.5" makes the bike a bit tipsy on the OEM stand. My wife's was lowered 2.5" front and rear and...

What did you do to your FZ today?

8 years is remarkable! Do you always use the battery tender when not riding?

What did you do to your Non-FZ1 motorcycle today.

Installed her Pazzo levers on the F800R. MotivationUSA has a sale... $149 for the set! And, I work less than 3 miles from their store. :D You can also glimpse the adjustable footpegs I put on too. Her little feet had a hard time reaching the levers.

    My 2009 FZ1N

Well done on the find, the recovery and the mods! I'd definitely get the Ivan tune but then take it back and have the bike dyno'd to get a custom map with a correct AFR throughout all gears. You'll get an even performance with the best mpg, not that these bikes are noted for being...

    Happy Birthday Eric

Thanks all! I appreciate it! I work from home nearly all the time now so I'm not riding as much. I did ride in yesterday... Jan 11th in TX and I commuted to work on a motorcycle in mesh gear. Cannot beat this!!! Michele and I need to get out but weekends have been booked for months and...

How To Install Oxford Heated Grips on FZ1

Thank you for doing this. I have the same grips for my '13 FZ1 and haven't put them on yet. Of course, it will be rare that I need them in TX but still nice to have that option. Do you know if they are different amps per side? The other brand I'd installed on the '09 was higher voltage on...

    Arnold and Family going North

I am in envy! I hope you and yours have a safe and wonderful trip! On my bucket list is a trip to Norway to see the northern lights, Scotland to witness some highland games in person and Sweden to explore the culture.

What did you do to your Non-FZ1 motorcycle today.

I guess I only ever mentioned this and put one pic up in Brenda's BMW thread.... At the end of the summer after a ride here in the hill country, Michele was having some minor issues with the '07 FZ1 (turned out it just needed the Morgan tune to balance the intake). Deciding that the bike never...

What did you do to your FZ today?

    I can't remember. I'll post a couple in the non-fz1 thread now. :D
