The mods i may do this winter are.... Air box, trim flies, AIS, new air filter, stacks, and possibly a PC.

I used to park mine outside. I used a heavy duty Yamaha cover and it worked ok. i would say that you will need to add water repelent to the cover b/c in a heavy rain the bike will still get wet. Make sure to get one big enough to go all the way to the ground to protect your chain and other lower...

I have the scorpion exo-1000 and love everything about it. Some may say it's a little heavy but I dont have a problem with it.
