I like it. Very cool project.

I had a great ride today, albeit short. I spooned on new Dunlop 605 tires on my WR250R and just had to try them out. I only rode about 25 miles, a mixture of tarmac and dirt. They work great.

Wheelman59, I grind off the plastic tab because levers in the pinned position don't fit my preferred hand position on the bars. If you are worried about the the grip turning on the bar you can put a wrap of tape on the bar where the clamps are. Jim

I agree with everything Isleoman says above. I would add that to get all the air out of the cooling system I squeeze and release the large hose on the left side of the bike coming out of the radiator. This burping action pushes the air bubbles out the radiator fill hole. If you burp to...

Captain, make sure the voltmeter is on VDC and not VAC (20 volt scale).

Captian, with the following measurement did you have the meter set on VDC? 12.2v accoring to the jumper, 7.6v according to the mulitmeter

Do I remember correctly that you should put a rag underneath the lock to catch what flows through? And do this several times until what comes out is relatively clear?
