Decided to put my new renthal bars on. Unfortunately, being a little heavy handed, i broke the throttle cable at the wrong end! Anyway, got the new bars and all set up before trying to find where the other end should be. After removing fairing panels and tank i am still not able to see. Anyone...

Okay, after one week of riding I can happily report that the new seats are much better than standard. Phew! I had to adjust my riding position to get the most benefit and I intend fitting some low rise rentals to help with that.

Alistair Else offered to make me the same style seats as Eddie in the US but without the shipping costs. It will be the first time he's made seats for a FZ-1 but he has been making bike seats for other brands for some time. I'll post some photos when they are ready. Sent from my iPod touch...

Thanks for the suggestions. I previously had a GTR 1400 and other risers used the Top Sellerie seats from France. And as has been said, Eddie in the US gets some great reviews. I'm a bit confused of what I want on the TS website. They appear to have offers of readily available stock...
