Yolmen, it sounds like your carbs are seriously out of sync... I would recomend only trying 2 carbs at a time... 1 to 2 first.. 3 to 4, then 2 to 3.. baby steps.. one can get a little worked up if they attempt all four at once. I have done it a few times on my two 03 FZ using a simple manometer...

Put some DUNLOP Streetsmarts on and Balanced on with my NOMAR tire changer and Balancer...

I used to have head shake when I put just my fingertips on the bars at any speed. Not tank slappers, but it was scary. I put a new set of tires on the bike, and balanced the wheels. now I can release the bars completly "not for long" and the bars are rock solid.
