Well......................going to pick up the FZ Saturday morning. Service tech said the rear tire was slightly out of balance and it seems good now. Told me to give it a try and let him know. I really hope that was the problem but I'm not going to hold my breath.

Took it to the dealer on Tuesday. They are looking in to it and will also take care of the buzzing in the instrument panel and the clutch not disengaging all the time. All covered under warranty but still haven't heard anything yet. I will not accept " we couldn't find anything wrong" for an...

On average we were running between 65-75mph. I just hope it is a simple fix otherwise I might lose my butt on it if I have to trade it in on something else.:confused0024::waiting:

I experienced the same feeling when riding solo also. Also have that dreaded buzz noise at a certain rpm in the instrument cluster.

I have a 2009 Fz1 and took it on a 300 mile trip this weekend with the wife. After about 75 miles into the trip we both experienced our lower extremities to become numb. The bike only has 1000 miles on it and I'm very disappointed if this is normal to have such a vibration at hiway speeds. The...
