Well I watched the video and if I forget all the information about oxygen sensors and power commanders I'd say you've got a classic case of FZ1 ignition coil dying. Looks exactly the same as mine was when No. 1 coil was on its way out. Keep us updated these threads are useful for others...

Very conservative is a nice way to put it. Bloody fuel gauge is so inaccurate, I hate it.

Seems to be a common problem, running rough after a good soaking. Mine runs rough (feels like it's running on 3 cylinders) for a while after a wash. I fixed it with waterless wash, no dramas since.

I have a 2008 and the fuel sender gave up completely. I part. pump and sender from the wrecker for $300 AUD, ouch.
