The spring was originally based off of my dads weight. He is about 180lbs. I'm 130lbs and the shock is basically in it's softest setting with this spring. I think the minimum weight for this spring is 150lbs.
Sorry for the late reply! I can do that for you. Honestly I'm not sure anymore. Maybe around 5lbs or so. I can tell you that a made a big difference when I put them on. Turns in alot quicker!
