Here in socal, I usually put it in the top of my backpack, or if I don't have my pack that day, I usually put it in on the backside of my jacket where I have a pouch/sleeve that holds the jackets armor. I have yet to get a letter from the toll roads, and I usually go through 4 -6 times a week...
