My FZ1 has got the following additions this winter....
Smoked integrated tail light
New clutch
Ivans flash (flashed by Samios in Greece)
PCV removed (not needed with flash)
Airbox mod / new airfilter
Nitron rear shock (removed my R1 shock)
Fuel line mod
New oil/filter
General wiring / lines...
Hiya, I'm finally almost ready to send my ECU off to Ivan.
I'm in Ireland so just going to use Irish Post Express service..That HS customs number is great to have .
Couple of questions:
What code does Ivan then use to post back to you to ensure no duty on your end upon receipt?

So if 07 and later is 587 #/in. and acceptable for 220 - 260# what do 140 lb guys do?
I reckon about 450lb shock like the Gen1, would be about right...swap spring out for lighter one?

I see you using express - does he not just want snail mail USPS?
Also any concerns re customs duties or anything like that?
Have a radial R6 Front MC in garage. Cant get straight R1 forks so going to fit R6 MC anyhow..what do I need in braided lines?
Do I need longer than standard? or R1 lines? What about bend in line needed due to location on MC of line connector?
I have FZ1 braided lines, 30mm longer than standard...
Thanks, how do I get rear fender / under tray off? is it the grommets underneath?
I might try take tail section off but I'm just not sure which bolts I need to remove..
