Congratulations on the new ride! I too went from a 2012 FZ1 to a -10 back in July,and no regrets so far,i love the -10. The Fz1 is a great ride,but the -10 just does everything better,besides the horrible fuel mileage.

Picked up mine 3 days ago... Its an incredible machine!

Thanks Black... Blue is not available here,and I dont really like they primer gray/fuo yellow combo. I really like it in black though.

So that's it for me,that road test i did ended up doing its job... I just couldn't resist anymore,i love my FZ1 and will really miss it, but the FZ-10 and what it offers is just so much better. Taking delivery in june...:Rockon:

My FZ1 is equipped with the Satan666 adaptor and R1 shock...and I didn't notice any seat height difference between it and the FZ-10.

I went up to 130kmh(80mph) with it and at that speed it was better to my liking.

Negative on the buffeting,also felt much quieter... I felt the airflow management was much better than my FZ1S, of wich I tried many different windscreen options.

So... I went road testing the FZ-10 two days ago(along with an FJ-09). That engine is nothing short of spectacular,keeps on pulling throughout the revband. On the highway its also more comfortable than my bikini faired FZ1,no buffeting wich actually makes the ride quieter in regards to wind...

It was at the Montreal moto show this weekend,the Yamaha rep told me that they will announce the price in may and that some units will be showing up in dealerships sometime in june,and will be sold as 2017 model year.

I wasnt sure with the looks,but after looking at it multipe times this evening...I really like it,especially after seeing the black one. Yamaha,if you read this,please bring it to North America... I want it!
