I've been a few times before in the sports car (with a car group), but never on the bike. This was also the first time that I camped while there, and it was good. I stayed at Fontana Village's campground.
There were things I missed for sure, but I hit most of the high points; The Dragon, 28, The Rattler, The Cherohala Skyway, Smoky Mountain National Park, Foothills Parkway, Happy Valley, and that bit of 129 from Fontana out towards Tapoco. Oh yeah, and Pulled Pork SANDWICHES!!!
