Just ordered one of these titanium ones :D

From www.carpimoto.com in italy for $700au delivered via air freight. Which makes it $250au cheaper than the local retailers...
It won't ship for a few days or so as they are ordering a new one from the suppliers... which is ok as I have a while to wait before I can fit it... :D
Oh and I ordered the centre stand stopper for it too...

I received my Magical Racing screen today. It's in perfect condition. I love the lines of it. As much as I love carbon fibre I'm asking myself if it's too much.

Polished my header, bought me second set of plugs and a oil filter and oil. Sat in the garage and stared at it for about a hour.

Was laying down under neath the bike holding a small blow torch to a screw that really didn't feel like unscrewing. Turns out I was screwing it the wrong way... Yeah, how about it. Anyways, put the belly pan on most of the way.. I just need a larger hex wrench to finish it....

Old mechanic saying "righty tightey leftey loosey.

Aha, yes, it was upside down though, anddd I didnt think of the fact that that reverses that saying..

Anyways, another bright day today...
Unscrewed the brake line not knowing what it was, in order to move my brake to a different angle on my bars, squeezed the brake to get a good feel of it, brake fluid shot all over the place.... -.-

Well make sure that you clean up any painted surfaces with soapy water right away to neutralize the fluid or your gonna have worse problems than that! Also, make sure that the brake pads weren't affected too or they will be shot as well.

I Checked to see if the bike would still stop after that happened and it would, Does that mean that they are ok?

Well, to be sure they are not contaminated, I would just pull them out to inspect. It's easy enough to do on the bike. You should also make sure that air hasn't entered the system after you squeezed the lever with the nut loose. That could be an issue that could bite you in the butt at the worst time. I'd just bleed them to be sure and check the fluid level.
