i merrily rode my fz8 to no place in particular, until my ass got sore. then i made it home with gas on reserve & a sore ass. turns out my route passed by sears point, into sonoma then back roads to the coast, lunch & a shit at bodega bay then home.
nomar sells a nice manual tire changing machine. with the money you save, you could buy any exotic tires you wanted & more. mine is mounted in the bed of a 72 f-100.
my last bike was a warrior. i used motul 5100, 15-50. my oil change interval was 3,500mi. after seeing that the oil was still clean i plan on changing oil at 4,000mi.
in the 70s, sick for 5 weeks i was so weak that crawling to the bathroom id get lost. my hair was so matted it had to be cut off. it took 3 months to recover. it feels so good to recover. glad you're better
i have a joe rocket "alter ego" jacket. the liner houses all the armor, elbows, forearms & back, & zips out. its like two jackets in one. chest protector will be my next purchase.

go to a welding supply store & purchase a 12x12in thermal blanket. you lay it under the seat pan in the hole or attach it to the pan itself. these are non conductive felt material & are protective for over 3,000 degrees F. simple & cheap. i have no idea why Yamaha put the voltage reg/rectifier...
