Here's a link to a picture of the windscreen on the bike. Seems this picture ruined the sale and I thought it looked pretty good lol.

Please let me know if there are any questions or if you like to see any more pictures before posting sold. Thank you.
I had my 2012 FZ1 since new. I cared for her and the parts listed here with great care, and it is now time to move on to another bike. You all are a great community, and I am offering what I am thinking are fair deals here right off the bat. Unless mentioned otherwise, these parts have been...
Congrats, enjoy the 2012! I love mine. To me the white / black combo is AWESOME!
I paid more than you, too, about a year ago though. I guess I wouldn't trade this year for any amount of money, lol. Congrats also on the deal! --MW
I've gotten used to putting a detailing towel between the gauge cluster and windscreen (magical) if the bike is sitting in the sun at all, after reading this thread around the time I got my bike a year ago. Its a worthy revival, lol. --MW
I feel this way about my fz, and also the 2004 sv I had before it.
I used to obsess over keeping my cars clean too. Getting into riding in '08 has kind of cleared that up. I am glad too, it is way easier to keep up with the bikes! --MW
I like it a lot, too. Not enough to trade in my 2012 fz yet, though, even given my screen name, and love for the brand (cars mostly). I would say my plan would be to wait for a a nice used one in a few years, to save some $$. I was happy on my sv650 for a few years, I suspect the FZ will...
Ok, you guys can tell I really want to get to the bottom of this. If you interrupt the redirect, the page does load. Here is a screenshot, but I would certainly not call this official! --MW

The link I posted led to the US site at the time I posted it. The prefix is the same as what you linked (bmwmotorcycles.com/us/en...). It only leads to the UK site now for some unknown reason. It seems like broken links are a bit common over there...
I agree that if the pricing was...
Wow, this link wasn't like this when I posted it. And, at that time, it did not point to a uk site. I wish I had a screenshot.... Did anyone else see this before it was taken down, or am I crazy?!
$15,500 British pounds would be over $25k US, so that pricing doesn't quite make sense...
Maybe I am looking at the wrong spot. But, it looks like the pricing has been announced. If so, I am a tad embarrassed for that dealer!
$15,500 with abs/traction control, $13,900 without. --MW

Thanks for sharing your story, as it happened. With all of the facts presented here, I am not surprised at the outcome. I am glad it worked out for you! --MW
I realized I was favoring left hand turns after looking at my rear tire wear during my first year of riding. I had a bigger "chicken strip" on the right side of the tire compared to left. It was good to realize, it made me work on getting comfortable enough to lean both ways equally through...
