i recommend the barback risers from motech.
It greatly eases the pressure off my hands when travelling. It also makes ridnig posture more natural.

its much to the rider's preference. my setup is 4mm above the clams. Rear with ohlins standard settings with a gpr damper too. =) search for videos in youtube which shows you how to setup a bike correctly, else visit your nearest mechanic
I might just pick one set of sw motech risers too. I am feeling the pressure at the back of my hands while riding this liter for a year now..

Givi if you prefer the sexy rack curves. However givi capacity is only 35L. Not enough to fit 1 full face, 1 raincoat set on 1 side each.
Im using SW Motech rack with H&B 40L side panniers. No regrets over the larger box capacity. Also it helps when buying groceries.
Installed the ohlins ya 906 rear shock 2 days ago. Difference was night and day!

Change to maxima 15wt front fork oil. Bike holds up better.
